5am elften, dem einundzwanzigsten (Tag) der Prytanie; Haupt-
6Volksversammlung; von den Vorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung - - -
7S.d. Aristo- - aus dem Demos Pallene und seine Mitvorsitzenden.
8Beschluß von Rat und Volk; S- - S.d.
9- -enes/os aus dem Demos Probalinthos stellte den Antrag: Da [...]ias
10stets wohlwollend ist gegenüber dem Volk der Athener und jetzt,
11als eine Sonderumlage stattfand, er dem Volk spendete
12für den Schutz der Stadt an Gerste - - - Medimnen
13und an Silber 200 Drachmen; er ankündigt,
14auch in der Zukunft nützlich zu sein für das Volk,
15so wie er in der Lage wäre, zu Glück und Heil!, wolle beschließen
16der Rat: dass die Vorsitzenden, die erlost sein werden zum Vorsitz
17im Volk, sobald die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Tage
18verstrichen sind, hierüber verhandeln lassen in der nächsten
19Volksversammlung und die Beschlussvorlage des Rates
20in die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat es für gut befindet, dass man belobige
21[...]ias S.d. Akrot[..]os aus Pergamon wegen seines Wohlwollens
22gegenüber dem Rat und dem Volk der Athener und
23ihm und den Nachkommen Steuergleichheit gebe und
24das Recht zum Erwerb eines Haus im Wert von - - -; dass die
25Thesmotheten für ihn die Prüfung des Privilegs einleiten
26bei dem Gerichtshof, sobald sie die Gerichtshöfe auffüllen;
27dass man diesen Beschluss aufzeichne auf eine steinerne
28Stele und aufstelle auf der Akropolis; dass für die
29Weihung der Finanzverwalter die entstanden Kosten

6Principal Assembly. Of the presiding committee - - - son of
7- - - of Pallene was putting to the vote and his fellow presiding committee members.
8The Council and People decided. S- - son of
9- -enes of Probalinthos proposed: since - -ias
10continues to be of good will to the Athenian People, and now
11on the occasion of the public subscriptions has contributed to the People
12for the protection of the city - - - medimnoi of barley
13and 200 drachmas of silver; and he declares
14that in the future he will be useful to the People
15as far as he is able, for good fortune, the Council
16shall decide: that the presiding committee allotted to preside
17in the People, when the days set by law have
18passed, shall put the matter on the agenda at the next
19Assembly and submit the opinion of the Council
20to the People, that it seems good to the Council to praise
21- -ias son of Akrot- -os of Pergamon for his good will
22towards the Council and Athenian People, and
23equality of taxation shall be granted to him and his descendants,
24the right of ownership of a house to the value of - - -; and the
25court presidents shall submit for him the scrutiny of the grant
26to the court [when they fill the courts];
27and to inscribe this decree on a stone
28stele and stand it on the [acropolis]; and for the
29[setting up] the administrator shall allocate the
30expenditure accrued.
